Meet the Staff

Paul Enright, Dipl. Acupuncture

Received his Masters degree in Oriental Medicine in 1998 from the Midwest College for Oriental Medicine in Chicago.  He spent 6 weeks training at Guang Zho University in China.  He is a TCM style accupuncturist and incorporates acupuncture, Chinese herbs, cupping, and Chinese dietary therapy into treatments.  He specializes in chronic pain, women's health, neurological disorders, digestive problems, and wrote his Masters thesis on Chinese medicine and sports medicine.  He sees patients on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays.

Suzy Bauman, Certified Massage Therapist

Suzy received her certification in 2004.  She has been working as a Massage Therapist for 5 years.

Kelly Sylvester, Chiropractic Assistant, First Line Therapy Lifestyle Educator

Received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography with a specialization in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), from Michigan State University. She is attending Western Michigan University to pursue a degree in Dietetics.  Currently working as an assistant to Dr. Prater for services related to Orthotics, X-rays, Biological Terrain Accessment, and Biogical Impediance Analysis.  She was Certified in October of 2008 as a First Line Therapy Lifestyle Educator. 

Jan Ballock, Secretary

Jan has been working for Dr. Prater since 1997.  Work history comprised of Secretarial and Bookeeping.  Currently handles billing and insurance issues.
